Return Process

  Place the jewelry in its original CRAFTD box and secure it inside a mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
